The Stratify Legal Discovery™ service processes paper, electronic documents and email collections with advanced metadata extraction and near-duplicate detection to provide fast access to data, minimize costs and maximize review rates.

Stratify creates a secure data collection of all reviewable documents, paper and electronic, for a case. This includes electronic documents extracted from specified hardware and software systems, and scanned paper documents with OCR text. To facilitate the efficient review and analysis of this document collection, the Stratify Legal Discovery™ service automatically identifies meaningful concepts specific to the case, hierarchically organizes the concept folders into a tree-structure based on their interrelationships, and then sorts all the documents into relevant concept folders.

Stratify processes and manages email as message units, automatically maintaining the relationships between emails and their attachments. During processing and loading the Stratify Legal Discovery service will also auto-populate Smart Issue Folders and Personal Work Folders that were created with pre-defined search queries.

The Stratify Legal Discovery service can process and present documents in all European languages as well as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Documents in foreign languages are automatically segregated and organized to make it easy for those with required language skills to find, review, tag and forward them.

The Stratify Legal Discovery service is highly scalable and fully capable of organizing millions of documents into a single folder structure. Stratify's automated document processing capabilities eliminate most of the expensive and inaccurate document coding and segregation that commonly occurs during document review.
