Chain-of-custody is scrupulously respected, with audit trails for all hardware and data processing maintained and available for review. Stratify personnel can also perform data collection services onsite at customer locations. Stratify uses advanced case management software tools for in-depthmaintenance and operational support.
At the end of a matter, Stratify returns all media to our customers and removes all data from its systems.
The Stratify Legal Discovery™ service operates on hardware in a secure and dedicated data facility designed to meet the highest demands of commercial Internet operations. This facility includes backup power generators, fire suppression systems, and rigorous security designed to minimize the impact of network outages and adverse environmental conditions.
Stratify is committed to disaster recovery best practices and corporate standards. Our rigorous backup practices protect against loss of work. For example, we store backup tapes with a third party vendor in a secure, geographically remote state-of-the-art commercial storage facility.
Customer data is stored and protected on servers located at our secure datacenter. Active storage capacity now exceeds 200 terabytes, with more than 300 servers providing real-time application and database support. The bandwidth connectivity of the data center can accommodate traffic for very large cases. Even for document reviews involving hundreds of simultaneous users, the bandwidth utilization rates remain below 10 percent of available capacity.
