Requirements gathering

Stratify project managers help identify production deadlines, security requirements, and metadata that will be needed for an efficient review.

Review data types and foreign languages

Stratify project managers review the composition of the document universe with clients and identify file types that require review in their native applications to access embedded metadata.

Define culling and filtering criteria

Stratify project managers collaborate with client case administrators to develop a plan for culling the document universe using specific metadata values (custodian, date range, etc). They also implement keyword filtering criteria and Boolean expressions.

Set-up Smart Issue Folders and Tags

Stratify project managers work with clients to define the search queries that will create Smart Issue folders, and customize the tag set and tagging rules that will operate during the review.

Stage processing

Stratify project managers coordinate with clients on the staging of documents for processing.

The Stratify Help Desk team is comprised of highly technically skilled personnel who are equipped to solve the majority of clients’ technical issues. They are also able to provide training, metadata reports, and small document exports on an ad hoc basis.
