eDiscovery: Restore Data

Stratify employs best practices for the collection, restoration and extraction of data.

During data restoration, every document is preserved in its native format, and all metadata is preserved intact. As part of this process, Stratify can cull the raw data based on specific metadata attributes, including or excluding documents to create
the reviewable document universe. This enables attorneys to exclude extraneous documents and focus their efforts only on those documents that apply to the matter at hand.

Optional services, sometimes provided in collaboration with Stratify partners, include:

• Repair of damaged media
• Password recovery for encrypted or locked documents
• Scanning and OCR for hard copy documents
• Forensics such as hard drive imaging and recovery of deleted files
