The Stratify Legal Discovery service provides a robust security architecture that enables Administrators to manage access to documents, database metadata fields, annotations, custom codes and Personal Work folders. Administrators can grant different levels of access to such data for various members of the review team, opposing counsel or expert witnesses.
Stratify also can deploy separate, partitioned databases consisting of the entire reviewable document universe or a designated subset for clients.
Stratify project managers have worked with clients to customize a variety of security solutions, including:
Work Flow Management. Large, complex matters often utilize multiple review teams and cycles. To manage the review workflow as well as to secure documents between review stages, review teams can be granted separate, secured tagging schemes and annotations. For example, first level-review, second-level review, and privilege review teams can each have their own restricted tagging schemes and annotation fields. Administrators then can easily move documents between review teams, ensuring that documents at each stage are available only to the current team and protected from any inadvertent tagging, redacting, etc.
Post-Production Lockdown. In a rolling review, documents are produced in batched sets. Many clients find it helpful to secure these produced documents in order to preserve their tagging and redaction selections. Making these documents “read only” maintains the integrity of the produced documents as the review continues.
Expert Witness Access. Many of our clients have granted Expert Witnesses restricted access to specific sets of documents to protect confidential information.
