Reporting in eDiscovery

Case managers can run detailed reports on data processing, and track the progress of the processing and review.

Review Reports

The Stratify Legal Discovery™ service enables case managers to track the progress of the review. At any time in the review process, administrators can view, either graphically or in a tabular format, patterns and trends of individual reviewers or the review in general.

A variety of reports are made available to case managers, including Review Progress Reports, Date Reports, and more. Managers can run reports to see how many documents have been reviewed and summary counts of how many documents are tagged responsive, non-responsive, privileged, or any other value. They can also view detailed history reports on work product for a particular document or set of documents.

Case managers can subscribe to reports to have them automatically emailed to them at the start or end of each day of the review. Reports can be exported to formats such as Excel, PDF, or HTML for analysis outside of the Stratify system.

Administrators also have the capability to create custom reports to meet their own specifications.

Processing Reports

The Stratify Legal Discovery service offers processing reports that detail exactly what happened during every stage of processing. Stratify project managers can share this information with clients to track the progress of a matter and provide insight into processing metrics.
