Reviewers can immediately view each of these 390+ file formats in the embedded Document Viewer, and also access files in their native applications directly within the context of the Stratify Legal Discovery review environment.

Access Embedded Metadata

By invoking the document in its native application attorneys and reviewers can access the embedded metadata within the document. This also provides them access to most of the standard application functions as well. Examples of embedded metadata include Tracked Changes within Microsoft Word, formulae and hidden columns in Microsoft Excel, comments, etc. Access to embedded metadata is critical for review and analysis where hidden metadata in the documents underlies the meaning and intent of the final document.

No Client Software Needed

The Stratify Legal Discovery is a SaaS-based solution accessed over the internet. The native applications are installed on servers in the Stratify datacenter so there is no need for clients to install application software on their computers. Documents are opened and manipulated on the application servers in the datacenter, with only the session image communicated to reviewer machines.
