  • October 12: "Minimizing the Reviewable Universe." George Socha, President of Socha Consulting, is an attorney and consultant with extensive experience in electronic discovery, data manipulation and information management in litigation and investigations. Mr. Socha will explore how the size of the universe of reviewable documents directly impacts the cost of electronic discovery—including processing costs, labor costs and review time—and various strategies for reducing the size of the reviewable universe, including the use of smart technology to bypass unnecessary or inefficient document processing
  • October 26: "Transforming Review and Analysis." Stephen Whetstone, Partner, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP is a practicing attorney focusing on patent, copyright, trade secret, licensing, securities, and other complex litigation and investigative matters. He has substantial trial and arbitration experience, and advises clients in connection with governmental and internal investigations.   • November 16: "Accelerating Early Case Assessment." Browning Marean, Partner, Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP, is a practicing attorney focusing on complex business litigation and technology matters and an acknowledged expert and speaker on emerging trends in electronic discovery.
