Dave Wilner is Vice President of Sales for Stratify, and is responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth and expansion.

Wilner previously served as Vice President of Sales for LexisNexis, managing its customer acquisition programs for electronic discovery and related service offerings, and more than tripling revenues over a two year period.

Prior to his time with LexisNexis, Wilner was a pioneering employee of Applied Discovery, one of the first electronic discovery providers in the industry. As Vice President of Client Development for Applied, Wilner built Applied’s Sales and Channel organizations, driving rapid market penetration and growth and leading to the company’s acquisition by LexisNexis.

Wilner was previously a litigation partner with the Seattle office of Cozen O’Connor, a 500 attorney international law firm. His practice included securities, antitrust, and class action litigation on behalf of clients including Lockheed Martin, Citigroup and AIG.

Wilner holds BA and JD degrees from the University of Washington, and is admitted to the bar of Washington state and the U.S. District Court for the District of Washington.
